Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Local delivery (Bangalore): 1–2 working days

Within Karnataka: 2–4 working days

Rest of India: 4–7 working days

Delivery times may vary based on product availability and courier service delays.

We use reliable courier partners like India Post, DTDC, Professional Courier, and others for fast and safe delivery.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹500

Orders below ₹500 will have a flat shipping charge of ₹79

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email. You can use this to check the delivery status.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will:

Resend it after reconfirmation (additional charges may apply)

Or issue a refund after deducting the shipping cost (if applicable)
