Cancellation Policy

At Kaviraj Stores, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped or picked up.

If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery.

2. Custom or Bulk Orders

Custom-made or bulk orders (like specific resistor sets, branded components, etc.) cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Please double-check your requirements before placing such orders.

3. Order Cancellation by Store

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

The item is out of stock.

There are pricing or listing errors.

The payment could not be verified.

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancellations

If the order is eligible for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

Refunds for UPI, debit/credit card payments, and online orders will be processed through the same method.

5. In-Store Purchases

Orders placed and collected in-store are generally not eligible for cancellation after pickup.

For bulk or advance in-store bookings, cancellation is subject to store approval.
